The ICS servo main valve adopts a modular design concept and consists of three modules: the valve body, functional module, and valve cover. The ICS is a pilot-controlled main valve that can be used in refrigeration systems of various pressure levels to regulate pressure, temperature, and system on/off functions. It can be applied on the high/low-pressure sides of refrigeration systems, on wet/dry return lines, and on liquid lines without phase change (e.g., lines without throttling or expansion). The function of the ICS valve depends on the pilot valve or external pressure source. The ICS1 has one pilot valve interface, while the ICS3 has three. Pilot valves can be directly mounted on the ICS valve or installed externally via pressure guide tubes. Multiple pilot valves can be installed on one ICS valve simultaneously to achieve various regulation functions. The valve cover of the ICS valve can be connected to a pressure gauge to monitor the inlet pressure of the valve body during setting or calibration of the pilot valve. The manual adjustment lever on the end cover of the ICS valve allows manual opening of the main valve.
